Fragata Departamentos Hotel - Puerto Morelos

loved our recent stay in puerto morelos. Eden truly exceeded our expectations with its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location near the beach. the perfect start to our early morning flight!

Unreliable wifi connection.

Planned to see Puerto Morelos major attractions and it was characterful base for visiting all of them. Had good sleep at the apartment...

Great location and friendly staff. 🌴 Also, there's free parking available. There's a nice spot called La Playita nearby where you can grab a bite to eat within walking distance.

Clean, quiet apartments with useful kitchens. Pleasant neighborhood with safe streets. Short walk to reasonably priced beach clubs. Easy access to taxis for quick transportation.

The rooms were clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and a nice sitting/kitchen area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best part of the beach and a quick stroll into town. The staff, especially Justina at reception, was amazing - so helpful and friendly!

The breakfast menu could have been better, maybe with more options. But, apart from that, everything was great!

Nothing it is perfect.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Eden. The room was clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The convenience of having a water cooler in my room for only 32 pesos was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. The beds were a bit on the firm side, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay at Hotel Eden again if I were in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach. a decent place to stay in a quiet town.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the main town square, providing a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It is also very close to the beautiful beach, just a short walk away, allowing for easy access to the sea. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, giving guests the opportunity to explore and enjoy local cuisine.

There is no mention of a wall safe in any of the reviews, which could be a potential drawback wanting to securely store their valuables.

Great Value for Money!

Only $50 per night for a place with a kitchen? That's unbeatable! The room had everything I needed - hot water, AC , and a comfortable kitchen table and chairs.

The daily maid service was a nice touch, although I'm not sure what the people staying for a month or more get.

I had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel! the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchen. the WiFi was fast and reliable, perfect for remote working. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. the staff, especially Justina at the reception, were excellent, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Muchas Gracias, Justina!
